Commonly Run Reports
You can run these reports (with a proper NExpress login) any time you need to.
This page will be expanded over the next few weeks as we work out how we want to do it.
- Null ITYPE report for all libraries
- Patrons without primary e-mail addresses — Download the CSV and import into Excel to see full report.
- Counts new items added to a collection by item type for previous calendar month. – Download the CSV and import into Excel to see full report
- Shows new items added to a collection by CCODE for previous calendar month. — Download the CSV and import into Excel to see full report
- Shows new patrons from the last month — This report will help you find your A TEMP patrons, and also find ones that are mismatched branches/patron type. Download the TAB DELIMITED version and import into Excel to see full report.
- Collection Size ordered by library
- Branch Codes and Branch Names
