Local Hold Only not working as expected yet…
We have heard from several of you that your LOCAL HOLD items are appearing on the Holds Pick List. Unfortunately, it’s not anything we can fix locally. We have put in a support request to LibLime, and we are escalating its urgency as of today. We will let you know what we learn about why it’s happening, and how we can fix it.
For right now, we realize it’s irritating, but just ignore any LOCAL HOLD items that appear on your pick list, or go ahead and send out any items you feel you can spare. We hope to have this issue resolved in the next few days. Thanks for your patience!
