THIS JUST IN:
I have found and corrected a bug that was causing the holds queue job to not retrieve the correct holds policy for a given item, and in most cases caused it to act as if the ‘from any library’ policy was in effect. The fix is now on the test and production servers, and will manifest itself in a correct picklist the next time that the holds queue cronjob is run. – Galen, LibLime
What this means is that your 1 p.m. Pick List should be accurate. PLEASE let us know if it does not behave correctly, only associating LOCALHOLD item types with your local patron hold requests.
