New patron category created for quick add
At the suggestion of Diane Trinkle, we have added a new patron category to be used for those times when you want to quickly add a new patron so you can check out their items, and get them on their way (like the first morning of summer reading, when you suddenly have lots of new patrons!) The item category is adult temporary. All you need to Click New under Patron, choose Adult, add name, date of birth, and a card number – and then you can check out to your new patron. Don’t forget to go back later and fill in all necessary details.
