Reminder: Change your passwords periodically!

A note about best practices:

Since Koha is an online service, this means that you can get into your NExpress login from anywhere. It also means that staff can get into the system from anywhere. In the case of staff turnover, you will want to change the password immediately after the employee leaves.

To do this, look up your staff account (TOWNCIRC, for example) and change the password for the OPAC login. This changes your password to the staff side of the system.

It is a best practice to change your login password anytime you have staff turnover. You will want to follow best practices regarding password length/complexity: over 6 characters, include capital letters and numbers, no english words, etc.
