Reminder: You don’t need to delete from KLC anymore!

A reminder and an update about NExpress holdings on the KLC:
NExpress Libraries are now connected to the Kansas Library Catalog as a z39.50 target, which means that the KLC looks directly into our catalog for holdings information. Sometime this summer (which Patti Butcher is calling our z-day) we will be fully switched over. What that means is that we no longer have to add or delete individual items from the KLC. So, you can stop deleting from the KLC! Now, yes, now. All of our holdings will be deleted on z-day anyway. And no more adding either. All of the items you add to NExpress get added automatically to the KLC (although you can’t see some of them yet, they are there). Yay, one less thing to do!
